Part of our configuration steps may require authentication and successful completion of the Instagram Security Verification. Below is a quick guide on what to do so we can start growing your account as soon as possible.
1) Security Verification Prompt
After you sign up and we begin configuring your account, you may be notified by Instagram by push notifications on your mobile phone, or email. To complete the signup process, please select “It Was Me”.
The notification may look similar to this:
Important Note: As our account managers are based out of numerous geographical locations, it is possible that your notification will state that your account is being logged in to from a country, other than your own, so please select “It Was Me” to proceed. If you are unsure, do not hesitate to reach out to our team via the chat feature and we can confirm that it is one of our account managers that is logging in.
2a) Security Code Confirmation
Occassionally, Instagram may require a security code for us to log in with.
The security code notification may look similar to this;
2b) Security Code Email
When you click the “Send Security Code” button, you will receive an email to the address associated with your Instagram account. Please forward that email to email@example.com as soon as you recieve it as it is time-sensitive. This is not always required so if you do not get this, do not worry.
